Servings: 4
Prep Time: 15 minutes
Cook Time: 10–12 minutes
INGREDIENTS
-
1 package Dorot Gardens Frozen Glazed Onions
-
2 frozen cubes Dorot Gardens Frozen Garlic
-
4 frozen cubes Dorot Gardens Frozen Parsley
-
6 large eggs
-
1⁄4 cup heavy cream
-
1⁄2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, Gruyère, or feta work well)
-
1 tablespoon olive oil or butter
-
1⁄2 teaspoon salt
-
1⁄4 teaspoon black pepper
-
1⁄4 teaspoon smoked paprika
INSTRUCTIONS
-
Cook the aromatics:
Preheat oven to 375°F. Heat olive oil or butter in an oven-safe non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant. Stir in glazed onions and cook for 1–2 minutes to thaw and warm. Mix in parsley cubes and remove from heat, letting them thaw in residual heat. -
Make the egg mixture:
In a bowl, whisk together eggs, cream, salt, pepper, and paprika. Stir in shredded cheese. Pour mixture into skillet over the cooked aromatics. Stir gently to distribute evenly. Cook over medium-low heat for 3–5 minutes, until edges begin to set. -
Bake:
Transfer skillet to oven. Bake for 10–12 minutes until set and lightly golden. Optional: broil for 1–2 minutes for extra color. Let cool slightly before slicing. Serve warm with salad, toast, or roasted potatoes.
