Pesto
Ingredients:
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1/2 cup of pine nuts (or walnuts)
- 4 cups fresh basil leaves
- 3/4 cup of Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese (freshly grated)
- 1/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Instructions:
- Place garlic and nuts in food processor and process until minced. Add basil and Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese and process until smooth. Add olive oil and pulse until well blended.
