Dorot Garlicky Green Beans

with Dorot Sauteed and Glazed Onion Cubes, and Dorot Garlic Cubes

Ingredients:

● 2 tablespoons olive oil
● 3 cubes Dorot Gardens Frozen Garlic
● 4 cubes Dorot Gardens Frozen Glazed Onions
● 1⁄4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
● 1 pound fresh green beans, trimmed
● 2 tablespoons chicken stock
● Salt and pepper, to taste
● 1 tablespoon lemon juice (optional, for brightness)
● 1 tablespoon butter (optional, for extra richness)

Instructions:

1. Cook the Aromatics:
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the Dorot Gardens Garlic,
Dorot Gardens Glazed Onions and red pepper flakes, sautéing for about 2-3
minutes until fully thawed and fragrant.

2. Steam the Beans:
Add the green beans to the skillet, tossing to coat them in the garlic and
onion-infused oil. Add chicken stock and cover to allow green beans to steam.
Cook for 3–5 minutes, until tender but still crisp.

3. Season, Finish, and Serve:
Season with salt and pepper to taste. If using, stir in the butter and lemon juice
for added flavor.
Remove from heat and serve warm.
