Chef Lindsay Leopold-a native of Silver Spring, Maryland-grew up eating delicious food prepared by her Haitian grandmother and she brings those flavors and a ton of fun to our Homemade community! After graduating from college and working in corporate communications, Lindsay realized that what she really wanted to do was create the warmth and joy she experienced in the kitchen with her grandmother and family for others.

She left the corporate communications world to attend L’Academie de Cuisine to further her knowledge of cooking. Lindsay’s culinary journey has included working in fine dining restaurants, as a personal chef and, most recently, as the Director of Dining Services at a high-end senior living community.
