Ingredients
- 1/3 cup all natural peanut butter (or preferred nut or seed butter)
- 2 tablespoons honey (or maple syrup or coconut sugar)
- 2 tablespoons whole milk
- apple slices, bananas, berries, and/or pretzels, for dipping
Directions
- Mix all ingredients and warm slightly (not too much) in a small sauce pot or in the microwave.
- Stir until blended and continue to add the milk, 1 tablespoon at a time, until the dip is at the consistency you like.
- Serve with apples, bananas, berries, and pretzels, for dipping.
- This will keep, covered, in the fridge for up to 1 week.
