Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup 0% Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
  • 3 teaspoons chopped parsley (or 1 teaspoon dried parsley)
  • 3 teaspoons chopped chives (or 1 teaspoon dried chives)
  • 2 small garlic cloves, minced (or 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder)
  • zest from ½ small lemon
  • freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • carrot sticks, celery sticks, cherry tomatoes, radishes, crackers, pretzels etc. for dipping

 

Directions

  1. In a medium bowl combine all dip ingredients. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
  2. Serve with your choice of vegetables, crackers, pretzels, etc. for dipping.
